Home visits

Whilst we encourage our patients to come to the surgery, where we have the proper equipment and facilities available, we do appreciate this is not always possible and offer home visits for any patient that is truly bed bound, or receiving palliative care.

In this respect, if you do meet this criteria, please call reception before 1030. Your request will then be triaged by a nurse and only after this, if they feel that you are unable to get to the practice will a home visit be booked for you. Reception are unable to arrange home visits.

You can also be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP.

Please find our Home Visit Policy below.
