Plas Y Bryn now use a patient triage system called Klinik.

Klinik is an online triage and consultation platform used by GP surgeries to streamline how patients access healthcare and allows you to submit symptoms, clinical needs, or administrative queries online, replacing traditional phone queues.

If you are unable to complete the request online, please call the reception team who can go through the form with you and complete on your behalf.

PLEASE NOTE: Klinik is only accessible 0800 to 1200 Monday to Friday.

Wednesday 1st July: Due to a staff training afternoon, you will be unable to make an appointment request via Klinik after 1000. If you have an urgent appointment request, please call the practice

Plas Y Bryn is a City Centre practice with around 13,000 patients. We have a large team of long standing clinicians which includes GPs, Nurses, Advanced Nurse Practitioners and a pharmacist. We are also a training practice and support medical students from both Swansea and Manchester University.

Please note: The surgery will be closed between 13:00 and 17:00 on Wednesday 1st July.

This gives the team the opportunity to carry out all necessary training which enables better care and support for our patients.
