These appointments can be booked in advance, with some being reserved to be booked on the day.
Urgent problems will be seen at the next surgery, we cannot guarantee which doctor you will see.

Out of hours:
When the surgery is closed cover is provided by the out of hours service, this service being contracted by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. You will be given advice and if necessary an appointment will be offered at the out of hours centre. Home visits are only for the housebound.
The number to ring is still 01978 351308 and you will be given instructions as to how to contact the out of hours service.
(NB : this is for 6.00pm - 8.00am during the week, and from 6.00pm Friday until 8.00am Monday)
We are a group practice, you may choose to see any of the doctors, but it would help us if you can try and see the same doctor. If your regular doctor is not available another doctor will be pleased to assist. Some doctors have a half-day off a week; this information is available in reception
Advice is available from the practice nurses over the telephone during the morning surgery sessions.
If you need to speak to the doctor please ring reception and leave your details where they can contact you after morning surgery has finished.
Home visits are for the housebound – other patients will be offered an appointment. We cannot guarantee which doctor you will see.
